Our hybrid design is built for all-in-one cutting and chopping. Smooth front edge makes for easy food swiping to pan, bowl or storage.
Direct the flow

Slight surface sloping optimizes carving and chopping space while directing jus and runaway cuttings.
Stays put

Non-marking inset feet keep board in place even on wet surfaces and allow curved front transfer edge to hang over counter just enough.

Generous graduated sloping grooves and recessed reservoir maximize jus capture for convenient transfer to serve or store.
